Annexation Studies
PMG Associates, Inc. prides itself on preparing comprehensive evaluations that help local municipal governments analyze the fiscal impacts of annexing unincorporated areas adjacent to their borders.
Depending on a client’s needs, the analysis explores revenue and expense projections, capital improvements, staffing requirements, levels of service, and the potential impact of annexation on individual property owners. The analysis also identifies future funding sources and lays out an implementation plan identifying the next steps required to move the initiative forward and to completion.
